Employee user - finding files after decouple

If your account owner has transitioned your Files account to hybrid or has disabled your Files in Citrix Workspace account, use the following tips to find your files.

TIPS:

  • Access subdomain.sharefile.com to find your files from the web browser.

  • If you are using Citrix Workspace app for Windows/Mac, please sign out. You can sign back in to use other Citrix services, however, your files will no longer be accessible in the Citrix Workspace app.

  • If you are using Citrix Files for Windows/Mac, please sign out and update your files URL to the correct subdomain.sharefile.com before you sign back in.
