Import Overlay Feature

The Import Overlay feature can be used to duplicate the document overlay of a previously sent document or previously built Reusable Template. This is intended to save time normally spent dragging and dropping form fields when sending a new document or creating a new Template. Instructions

Note:

Importing an overlay to multiple documents at once is not an available feature, however, if using the same document(s) regularly with minor information changes, it's suggested to use templates.

  1. On the right side of the Document Overlay screen select Import Overlay.
  2. Search the list of document overlays that can be duplicated to your new document.
  3. Click the document from the listing.
  4. Select the proper signer for each component
  5. Click Import.
