.NET Requirements

• .NET Framework 4.5
• For best performance, install .NET Framework on a domain-joined machine or VM.

IMPORTANT: Users on the following machines must manually enable .NET 3.5 in order to run the ShareFileProxyConfig.exe file.

• Windows Server 2012R2
• Windows 8 or later

Other Requirements

• Minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768

• Available employee user licenses for each new user account to be added by the User Management Tool

ShareFile administrative and user permissions

Active Directory accounts

• Connections to the AD domain used to create users and distribution groups in ShareFile require an AD user account that has full read permission on the AD domain.
