During flow creation, you can prevent the sending of notifications by selecting the appropriate box next to “Silent”. The activity stream will still be updated.

Under the Options section, add a checkmark in the box next to “ Silent”

To display the options section, click on the “Opt” button next to “Add a Comment to this Item”
