Objective
This article explains the use and limitations of the ShareFile Folder Activity Log feature.
Folder activity log
If you have Admin Folder permission, use the following steps to view a ShareFile Activity Log for a particular folder.

From your ShareFile, select Folders.

Select either Personal Folders or Shared Folders.

Select the folder you want to view an Activity Log for.

Under More Options, click View Activity Log.
Note:
The activity log will show all activity in a specific folder for the last 3 months and lets you view the folder activity limited to 1000 rows.
Data Columns
The following information is provided in the Folder Activity Log.
- Date - The date the activity occurred.
- Item Name - The name of the user and tool logged into, the file or folder the action is performed on
- Activity - The type of activity that occurred such as login, view, download, upload, etc.
