How to get the ShareFile managed cloud storage zones enabled on accounts

Customers must reach out to ShareFile support and request the storage zone that they want to be enabled on their account.

To request one or more cloud zones, provide a business justification or specific use case explaining why the requested cloud zones are required.

For security purposes, the request must be submitted by an authorized account administrator or a user with the appropriate account-level permissions. You might be asked to verify your identity before the request can be processed.

Important: After the requested cloud zones are enabled, you must manually migrate any required users and data to the new zones.

Notes:

Only customers using ShareFile cloud storage can request for a new storage zone to be enabled on their account.

Customers using on-prem storage can reach out to ShareFile sales at sales@sharefile.com to buy cloud storage.
