AI Settings

As an account Administrator, use the AI Settings page to manage available AI-powered capabilities.

To access the AI settings, go to Account settings > Advanced Preferences > AI Settings.

You can enable or disable available AI-powered capabilities. After you change a setting, select Save.

You can manage the following capabilities:

• AI-powered Request List generation: Create a Request List with AI-powered recommendations.
• AI document assistant: Generate a document summary and ask questions about document content.
• AI document validation: Validate whether files uploaded to a Request List match the requested documents.
• AI-powered file renaming: Generate file-name suggestions for documents uploaded to a Request List.
• Secure share recommender: Analyze file names and content for sensitive information, then recommend more secure sharing options.
