Download folders
ShareFile folders can be downloaded in whole, sent, moved, renamed, and deleted. Use the following instructions for each action available for ShareFile folders.
To download a ShareFile folder from your account:

Sign into your ShareFile account.

Navigate to the folder you want to download.

Select the folder and right-click on it to access the Download option.
