ShareFile provided service areas – Supported Geos

As a content collaboration service, ShareFile provides users the ability to share files securely around the world. In most countries, ShareFile, as a service, is available and allows the following:

• Access to ShareFile.com
• The ability to receive files sent from ShareFile
• The ability to access files in ShareFile
• The ability to send files in ShareFile.

Unsupported Geos

ShareFile service may be restricted or unavailable in some countries.

ShareFile services are not available in the following countries:

• Belarus
• China
• Russia

Customers utilizing an authorized VPN in these countries might have access to ShareFile.com. Customers will need to comply with any requirements for use of the authorized VPN in their local jurisdiction, including applicable licenses and/or permissions.
