Delete folders and registries - ShareFile for Outlook

1. Exit ShareFile for Outlook and uninstall the application with the Microsoft Fix It Tool uninstaller.

2. Click the Windows Start button and type: %appdata%.

3. Click on the Roaming folder.

4. Navigate to the following file path: C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\ShareFile

5. Delete the ShareFile for Outlook folder.

6. Go to C:\Users%username%\AppData\local\ShareFile

7. Delete the ShareFile for Outlook folder.

8. Open RegEdit with Windows and go to local machine (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ShareFile\ShareFile For Outlook).

9. Inside of the ShareFile Folder, delete the ShareFile for Outlook folder in the registry.

10. Go to the current user (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ShareFile).

11. Inside of the ShareFile folder delete the ShareFile for Outlook folder in the registry.

12. Reinstall ShareFile for Outlook.
