Favorite Folders and Files

The Favorites feature allows you to select certain folders and files for quick access and organization. Folders added to Favorites can be reordered manually and serve as a shortcut to folders located deep within folder structures.

To add a folder or file to your favorites, click the Star icon to the left of the folder or file name.
To view all of your Favorite Foldzers, click on the Favorites tab in the left navigation menu.

Items in this list can be organized by selecting the gray grips along the right edge of the row. Click and hold to drag to move the file or folder up or down.

Limitations

You cannot add a ShareFile folder that is a sub-site (ReadOnly) within your ShareFile Connectors menu.
Each user can save up to 1,000 items in their favorites.
