Comments access control

• Project Owners & Collaborators

  • Can add, edit, or delete their own comments.
  • Can view all comments within items they have access to.

• Clients

  • Can view or reply to comments only on items assigned to them (e.g., specific requests or tasks).
  • Cannot see comments on internal-only items i.e project comments.

• Visibility

  • Comment visibility automatically follows project and item-level permissions — no separate setup required.
