Project files access control

• Project Owners & Team member

  • Can upload, rename, delete, move, copy and share files (If owner of file/folder).
  • All project owners and team member can move and copy files and folder with appropriate permissions.
  • Project Owner and Team member can download all files and folders.

• Clients

  • Can view and download files shared with them.
  • Can upload files only when explicitly requested (e.g., through a Request List or Form).

• Inherited Permissions

  • File access aligns automatically with project-level permissions.
  • No additional setup is required at the file level.
