Share project files
You can securely share any file stored within a project.
To share a file:

Open the Files tab in the project.

Hover over the file -> Find a list of actions that can be performed -> click the Share or ...(options) icon.

Choose Share Link or Send to user/client.

Select recipients (internal or client users) and define permissions: View or Download.

Click Send.
NOTE:
- Shared files remain linked to the project.
- Recipients receive email notifications.
- Expiry dates or download limits may be configured based on account policies.
