Restore a deleted Request List

Project owners can restore a Request List that was deled. The owner has 45 days to restore the request.

To restore a previously deleted Request List:

1. From your ShareFile account, go to Projects.

2. Select an existing project to open it.

3. Select the ellipses by More options.

4. Select Recently Deleted from the list.

   The Recently deleted screen displays.

5. Select the Request List tab to see the recently deleted files.

6. Select Restore next to the item that you require.

   The Restore request list confirmation pop-up displays.

7. Select Restore.

   The Successfully restored Request List confirmation message displays.

8. Return to your project by selecting the X on Recently deleted screen.

   The Request List is now available under the Tasks tab.
