Create Standalone Request Lists

To create standalone Request Lists from the Tasks workspace:

1. From the ShareFile left navigation menu, select Tasks.
2. Select Request Lists.
3. Select how you want to create a standalone Request List. Choose from:

   • Create new to start from scratch

   • Create from a template to use a pre-populated template

   • Create with AI to genereate a list of recommended items for you

     

Once generated, the Request List appears in the Tasks workspace.

NOTE:

Standalone tasks cannot be moved into an existing project. If a task is meant to be within a project, please choose a project during task creation.
