Watermark

You can overlay a watermark on supported file types. Users with download permission will not see the watermark.

To enable watermark:

1. Navigate to Account settings.

2. Select Advanced Preferences.

3. Select File Settings

4. Go to Watermark.

5. Select Yes.

6. Insert dynamic text.

7. Save your changes.

   

NOTE:

ShareFile administrators have granular control over how files are stored, shared, and secured.
