Access Templates

To access the Templates workspace:

1. From the ShareFile navigation pane, select Templates.

   

2. Select All templates to:

   • View and filter existing templates that you created or that others shared with you.
   • Create standalone templates for:
     • Request Lists
     • Forms
     • Documents
     • Projects

3. Select Catalog to:

   • Use ShareFile-provided templates. You can sort templates by industry and install them.

4. Select Deleted to:

   • View deleted templates.
   • Restore recently deleted templates.
