Templates
Templates provide a centralized way to create, manage, share, and reuse repeatable work across ShareFile. The Templates workspace brings together personal templates, organization-wide templates, and ShareFile-provided solution templates in a single location, making it easy to browse, preview, and use templates without rebuilding the same processes from scratch.
Templates support consistent, scalable workflows across ShareFile, including Request Lists, Forms, Project, and Document Templates. Comprehensive management capabilities such as editing, duplicating, deleting, restoring, sharing, and bulk actions help teams maintain templates throughout their lifecycle.
By standardizing repeatable business processes, Templates help organizations improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and scale common workflows such as client onboarding, compliance activities, audits, and recurring service engagements.

Limitations
- AI-assisted template creation and improvement are not included in this release and remain a future enhancement area.
- There is no template marketplace or gallery style browsing experience in this iteration.
- AI assisted template discovery is not included in this release.
- Favorites or template ranking mechanisms are not yet available.
- Mobile support is not included in the initial release.
