Email notifications

In Podio, each user has control over his or her own email notifications.

To control what type of emails you get from Podio, click the profile icon in the top blue bar, then click “Account settings”, then “Email & Notifications” at the top.

From this page you can select which email notifications you’d like to receive.

We recommend enabling the last two settings if you are not exporting your Podio calendar to an external calendar. These settings will ensure that any Podio events you schedule or are invited to will be sent to you as an .ics file, which will appear on your external calendar.
