If you’re seeing this error when creating an item:

Warning: Podio Permissions are restrictive in this app. Users cannot create items.

The Podio App settings are set to not let members add or edit to the App.

Go to Modify App > App Settings > Advanced

- Don’t let members add items to this app

- Don’t let members edit items in this app

You can change the Authentication in your workflow and set this to the Podio App creator to continue to create items.
