Using the Calendar Settings

If you access your global calendar via the “Calendar” icon in the top blue bar, you’ll see a wrench icon on the right side of the page. This can be used for fine-tuning what you’d like to see in your main calendar.

Overview of the different settings:

  • All date-related app items in all the workspaces that you’re a member ofItems you’re following (e.g., everything you have been referenced on, interacted with or manually chosen to follow)
  • Items you’re following (e.g., everything you have been referenced on, interacted with or manually chosen to follow)
  • Items involving and related to you (e.g., meetings you’re invited to and app items like projects and sales leads that you’re referenced on in a Contact field)
  • Items directly involving you (e.g., meetings that you’ve been invited to)
  • Include tasks: Uncheck this box to hide tasks from your calendar.
