Email notifications

In Podio, each user has control over his or her own email notifications.

To control what type of emails are received from Podio follow the steps below:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top blue bar.
  2. Click Account settings.
  3. Click Email & Notifications at the top.
  4. From this page, select which email notifications you’d like to receive by checking the boxes accordingly.

  5. Click Save. click the profile icon in the top blue bar, then click “Account settings”, then “Email & Notifications” at the top.

We recommend enabling the last two settings if you are not exporting your Podio calendar to an external calendar. These settings will ensure that any Podio events you schedule or are invited to will be sent to you as an .ics file, which will appear on your external calendar.

if you are already exporting your Podio calendar to an external calendar, then you should disable these two options to prevent duplicate events on your external calendar.
