We support the following web browsers:
- Internet Explorer 11+ (Flash Player 10 required to upload files)
- Microsoft Edge 23+
- Google Chrome 50+
- Safari 7+
- Firefox 50.0+
We support the latest two versions of each browser. Updating to the latest version often resolves any browser-specific issues. We highly recommend that you ensure your web browser is up-to-date.
Mobile browsing
For the best mobile experience, we recommend installing our Android or iOS app.
Still seeing an error when using a supported browser? This error can happen in Internet Explorer when your browser is forced to work in an older browser mode. To solve the problem, there are two options:
Reset your browser settings to default. For information on performing the reset, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17441/windows-internet-explorer-change-reset-settings#ie=ie-11. Only the settings are reset, and you can keep your personal data.
You can also try removing www.podio.com from your compatibility view settings to ensure that Podio is running in IE11.
