Good old RSS. It’s a tool for monitoring sources like blogs and news sites without having to visit each site on a regular basis. You can read more on Wikipedia.

In Podio, you can input an RSS feed to post in an app. If you’d like to have multiple RSS feeds in the app, use a tool like http://www.rssmix.com.

Click the wrench icon to the right of the app, then click “Integration” (see screenshot below).

Click RSS on the next page, and then paste the URL to your feed in the field.

Click “Connect & Import” and you’re done!
