Zendesk and Podio
Zendesk is a fantastic help desk and support software. You can connect Zendesk to Podio to get your tickets, comments and other data from Zendesk into your app(s) on Podio.
Go to the Podio App Market and get the app that we’ve built specifically for the Zendesk integration.
You can also do this via the “Integration” menu.
Click the wrench icon to the left of your app and then select “Integration” (see screenshot below).
In the page that follows, click “Zendesk”.
Click “How to set up Podio on Zendesk” and follow the instructions there.
Troubleshooting
- If you receive an “Invalid username and password” error while attempting to connect the integration, this indicates that your Zendesk API settings to enable the exchange of information with another App (Podio) is currently disabled. These settings can be enabled from the Zendesk Admin Center (Admin > Channels > API > Password Access > Enabled).
