Adding files to your apps

You can attach most common file types to your Podio app items. Adding files can be enabled or disabled via the app template - click the wrench icon at the top of the field selector to find this option.

Attach File

When the option is enabled, you can click the “Add files” button at the bottom of any app item to attach a file.

Choose File

If you have integrated with a file sharing service, access your files from that service via the tabs on the left.

Note: The file size limit for files directly attached to your items is 100mb. This limit does not apply to files linked from an integrated file sharing service, as those files will not be directly uploaded to Podio.
