Workflow Automation: Create a Comment

Use Add Comment to add a comment to the current Podio Item.

Start the flow by selecting the Trigger and add any Filters required.

Add the Add Comment action. Type the comment template using the Token Selector for unique Podio Item data.

Create Comment 1

The comment will be added by the App using Workflow Automation.

You can change the authentication, thus creating the comment by an admin member.

Create Comment 2

You CAN @mention someone in a comment but using @ [Person’s Name] (user:userId) without the spaces.

Additional Options include:-

- Silent - This Item will not be bumped up in the Activity stream and notifications will not be generated.
