Workflow Automation: Retrieve Signed RightSignature Documents
Once a RightSignature document has been signed by all recipients, you can use Workflows to bring the completed document back into Podio automatically. Please note that this is only an option for documents originally sent via Podio Workflow Automation.
To start, create a new workflow using the RightSignature Document Signed trigger:
If a Workflow has this trigger condition, it will attach the signed document as part of any Create, Update, or Comment action inside the flow.
If you use an Add a Comment to this Item action, the signed PDF will be attached below that comment.
If you use any Create Item or Update Itemactions, the signed PDF will instead be attached in the Filessection of that item. Please note that this will notoverwrite or remove any existing attachments.
If you use multiple Create, Update, or Comment actions on the same item, the signed document will be attached multiple times in the Files field of the item and in the Comment.
The signed document will also include a Signature Certificate verifying its authenticity and detail how and when the document was signed.
