Workflow Automation: Running a Flow Test

If you have a flow that is triggered by a date field, you can run a Test on the flow to see which Items would be acted on for today’s date with the current filter conditions.

Select the flow to test and click on the drop-down button that appears beside the Edit button. Select Test from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up warning will show up. Click OK and the following will run a test.

The result of the test run will be displayed. Use this to help determine if your date-triggered flow will run properly on the expected items.

Compile Timesheets

If the expected items are not on the list, you may want to re-evaluate your flow and test again.
