Workflow Automation: How to Search by Flow ID or Flow Name

If you need to search for a flow using the Flow ID or Flow Name, we have a simple way to do this!

For locating a flow by it’s ID: simply open any flow, then replace the last set of numbers in the URL with the Flow ID you have then press Enter.

This will bring you to the flow that has this ID.

If you don’t know the Flow ID but know the flow name, you can go to your Flows page and hit “g” on your keyboard. This will bring up a Find search bar.

Type in the flow’s name.

Select the flow you’re looking for. This will bring you to the flow’s location.

Note: To exit the “Find” pop up, hit Esc on your keyboard.
