A Podio Refresh must occur in Workflow Automation any time there are changes made to your Apps, Podio Users or even your Podio Settings.

This can be done at the Organization or Workspace level by clicking Refresh from Podio below the Reference Map.

For a Full Enterprise Refresh, you can choose the Refresh from Podio below the Flow Tree, at the bottom of the screen.
