Account Settings
To manage your account settings in Podio, click the profile icon in the upper right of the screen, then click “Account Settings”.
From here there are a few personalization options you can choose for your account:
Time zone
Select the correct time zone for your account so that all of your events display the correct time.
Language
Podio is available in 12 languages: English, Danish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, and Swedish.
Pro tip: Want to view dates in DD/MM/YYYY format instead of MM/DD/YYYY? Switch your language preference to UK English instead of US English.
Email addresses
You can add as many email addresses as you need. Click “Add another email address” to add a new address. Be sure to check your email and click the verification link that is sent.

Password
Click “change password” to set a new password for your account. You can also do this by using the “I forgot my password” link on the login screen.
