Files and storage
On the front page in each workspace, click the wrench icon above the workspace member list and choose Workspace Files in the menu. Clicking that allows you to see an overview of the files in that specific workspace. Here you can filter the files based on who added them, file type and much more.
Note:
Press V on your keyboard to change the view of the File overview.
Supported files:
- File size: The maximum file size is 100 MB.
- File storage: There is no storage limit on either the free or Premium versions.

File types: The following are the most common file types that can be uploaded:
- In an app, for an Image field: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp
- In an app, as a file attachment: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .flv, .swf, .mp3, .avi, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, .txt, .csv, .odt, .ods
- In conversations, comments, status post, tasks: all the preceding file types.

Connect these accounts by clicking the paperclip icon next to status bars, the Attach files button in tasks, or the Add files button in app items. For more information on integrating these services with Podio, see Other services.
