Gmail 用Citrix Files のアンインストール

重要:

2023 年 10 月をもって、Gmail 用 Citrix Files はご利用いただけなくなるか、サポートされなくなります。ShareFileでは、Citrix Files for Gmailをアンインストールしてから、Google Workspace 用の新しいShareFileにアップグレードすることを推奨しています。

GmailからCitrixファイルを削除するために必要な手順を以下に示します。

  1. Chrome では、縦の省略記号 > 拡張機能 >拡張機能の管理に移動します**。

  2. 「 拡張機能の管理」を選択します。

    拡張機能ページが開き 、すべての拡張機能が表示されます。

  3. 「Gmail 用 Citrix ファイル」拡張機能を探し、「 削除」を選択します。

    削除確認ポップアップが表示されます 。

  4. [ 削除] を選択します。

お使いのGmailアカウントでは、Gmail用Citrix Files を使用できなくなりました。

Google ワークスペース用のShareFile 追加

ShareFile アドオンページにアクセスして、Google Workspace 用の新しい ShareFile アドオンにアクセスしてください。
