問題

Citrix Files for Gmailの起動時に空白のウィンドウ

説明

新しいメールメッセージの作成中にCitrix Filesアイコンをクリックすると、空白のウィンドウが表示されることがあります。

考えられる原因

  • 広告ブロック機能とアプリケーションがGmailとCitrix Files間の通信を妨げている
  • 拡張機能を確認し、Citrix Filesの例外を追加するか、必要に応じて拡張機能を無効にしてください。
  • サードパーティのCookieをブロックする - この拡張機能が適切に機能するには、ChromeブラウザーでサードパーティCookieを許可する必要があります。［設定］>［詳細設定］>［サイトの設定］>［Cookie］ で設定できます（サードパーティのCookieをブロックするを有効にしないでください）。
  • ネットワークのドメイン制限 - IT管理者またはネットワーク設定を確認できる人に相談してください。
  • Citrix Files拡張機能を妨げる他のChrome拡張機能 - 他のChrome拡張機能を無効にして、どの拡張機能がCitrix Files for Gmailに干渉しているかを特定します。
