Manage ShareFile Status alerts

Stay updated with any incidents or outages on ShareFile's platform by subscribing or unsubscribing from status updates.

To subscribe to the ShareFile Status Page

1. Visit https://status.sharefile.com/
2. On the status page, click Subscribe for updates.
3. Enter your email address to receive notifications about the latest status updates. You will receive timely notifications regarding any issues or maintenance on ShareFile’s platform.

To unsubscribe from the ShareFile Status Page

1. Open the most recent you received from noreply@statuspage.io.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email.
3. Click unsubscribe. You will no longer receive status updates from ShareFile.
