You can now use AI in ShareFile to quickly and effortlessly create document requests lists that are tailored to your specific needs. Our new AI-powered document request list generation feature takes the manual effort out of creating document request lists. By providing a prompt that outlines your need, you can automatically generate precise document request lists.
This feature is available as a beta release with access limited to ShareFile Premium and Industry Advantage customers. Specific pricing and packaging for this feature will be announced upon general availability.

Steps to create a document request list using AI
You can follow these simple steps to effortlessly create document request lists for your specific needs:

Navigate to the Document Requests tab in your Project.

Select Create Document Request then Create with AI.
- In the next screen, enter the necessary details:
- Name for your document request list
- Due Date
- Industry
- Role
- Description of your request
You can either select the industry and role from the drop-down or enter your industry and role manually. You can select the checkbox Remember industry and size to save these options for next time.
Tip:
The more precise you are with your prompt the more likely you are to get relevant recommended items. For examples, see Example prompts.

Select Generate Items. The following message is displayed to indicate that the items for your request are being generated.
