Client Hub Admin Settings (Beta)

Enabling Client Hub

To enable Client Hub (Beta):

  1. Ensure that:
    1. Your ShareFile account is on a ShareFile Premium or ShareFile Industry Advantage plan type. This feature is not supported in other ShareFile plans currently.
    2. You are an administrator on your ShareFile account with Admin company account permissions permission to be able to access the admin section for Client hub settings.
  2. Go to Settings > Admin Settings > Advanced Preferences > Client hub settings:

  3. Under Client Hub (Beta), turn the toggle on to enable the client hub.

  4. Click Save.

Trial Mode

Trial mode is an option that allows you to enable the client hub feature for specific employee users on your account.

  1. Under Trial mode, turn the toggle on to enable it.

  2. Select one or multiple users to enable the trial mode. You can search users by name or email.
  3. Click Save.

Notes:

  • When trial mode is disabled but client hub is enabled, all employee with manage client users will be able to access the ShareFile client hub and use the functionality.
  • If you enable trial mode for client hub, you will also need to add yourself unde the Select one or multiple users field to be able to access it with your user.
