Enable ShareFile Tools

As an account Administrator, you can enable or disable access to individual apps and tools on your account. Any changes in this menu will affect all users of your account.

To access Enable ShareFile tools, navigate to Settings > Admin Settings > Advanced Preferences > Enable ShareFile Tools

Desktop apps

You can enable the ShareFile Outlook Plugin which integrates with Outlook on Windows to provide an easy interface to ShareFile, allowing you to quickly send and request files through email.

External Tools

Show Apps Page in Navigation Bar allows the Apps link to be present in the upper right corner of your account. You can customize which tools are shown in this list. You can enable or disable the tools listed in this menu.

FTPS Access

FTPS Access allows you to use FTP with SSL/TLS encryption, for an extra layer of security. If FTPS is enabled but regular FTP Access is disabled, you can ensure that transfers over FTP will always be encrypted. Note: Connections using should be made using ‘Implicit SSL/TLS’ mode over Port 990.

RightSignature

RightSignature allows e-signature for documents inside of ShareFile. Manage users under the Browse Employees page. Manage all other account settings in RightSignature.
