Client Hub - Service Teams

As a ShareFile administrator, you can create and manage service teams that can be assigned to clients.

Assigned team members can:

  • View client requests and services they have access to
  • View folders and files they have access to
  • Assign requests to client contacts
  • Create services for the client

To create a service team:

  1. Go to Account settings > Client hub management > Service teams.
  2. Select Create service team.

  3. Enter a service team name.

  4. Select add team members to add members to the service team.

    You can select one or multiple team members and search users by name or email. Once you’ve selected the users, click Add.

  5. Select Create.
