Client Hub - Service Teams

As a ShareFile administrator, you can create and manage service teams that can be assigned to clients.
Assigned team members can:
- View client requests and services they have access to
- View folders and files they have access to
- Assign requests to client contacts
- Create services for the client
To create a service team:
- Go to Account settings > Client hub management > Service teams.

Select Create service team.

Enter a service team name.

Select add team members to add members to the service team.
