Complete Information Requests

The following information provides you, the client, with the steps necessary to respond to a ShareFile information request from a service provider.

  1. When you are assigned an information request, you receive an email notification. Click Complete Request in the email to begin.

    If you are not logged in, you will be directed to the ShareFile login page to enter your credentials before accessing the request.

  2. Navigate to Projects and select a project to open it.

    The Project Home Tab displays by design.

  3. To access requests, select Information requests from the project navigation menu.

  4. To complete a request, select the action item button located next to the request name and follow the prompts. The label of the action item may vary depending on the type of request.

  5. Once you have completed the request, select Submit.

    A confirmation message displays and the item status changes to Completed.
