Improved Document Request List experience in ShareFile Templates

ShareFile has introduced a new Enhanced Templates user experience which improves how users discover, understand, and apply templates when creating Document Request Lists in ShareFile.

The new templates experience significantly reduces the time required to create structured workflows such as audits, onboarding requests, compliance documentation, or client information collection. You can now browse available templates, preview their contents, and apply them seamlessly without leaving the creation workflow.

The new templates experience is available in the ShareFile web application and enabled for the following ShareFile plan tiers:

  • ShareFile Premium
  • ShareFile Advantage (DRL-enabled environments)

Activation and availability

The feature is enabled by default for DRL-enabled environments. There is no action item required to enable the feature as Templates appear automatically during the DRL creation flow.

NOTE:

Disabling the feature is not configurable in the initial release.
