Create a Document Request list using AI

Create from Project
To create a Document Request from the Projects menu using AI:

From your ShareFile account, go to Projects.

Select Create project to start a new project. Or, open the project where you want to create the Document Request .

Navigate to the Document Requests tab.

Select Create request then Create with AI.

The ‘Create with AI’ window displays.
NOTE:
Document Requests can be created from scratch (blank) or using pre-populated templates.
- From the ‘Create with AI’ window:
- Enter a Request name.
- Set a Due date (optional)
- Type or select the industry you work in
- Specify your role in the industry
- Give details on what is the purpose of the request
TIP:
The more precise you are with your prompt the more likely you are to get relevant recommended items. For examples, see Example prompts.

Select Generate items. The following message is displayed to indicate that the items for your request are being generated.

The Generating items for you request… displays.

Review the recommended list of items generated by AI and select the items you would like to include in your request list.

NOTE:
By default, the Request List is created in the Tasks workspace. You can choose to create the task within a project; if no location is selected, the Request List is created as a standalone task. - Select from the drop down options the industry you work in
- Select from the drop down options your role in the industry
- Give details on what is the purpose of the request
- Select Generate items.
- Review the recommended list of items generated by AI and select the items you would like to include in your document request list.
- Select Create Request. The Request List is created.
