Restrict users to access a ShareFile account

Administrators of a ShareFile account can control access by allowing or blocking specific IP addresses or IP ranges. These restrictions can be applied to all employees, all clients, or both.

To configure IP address restrictions, contact ShareFile Support via the support chat. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

The IP address(es) or IP range(s).
Whether access should be granted or restricted for those addresses.
Whether the restriction should apply to employees, clients, or both.

Important Notes:

A maximum of 1,000 IP ranges can be configured.

Selective restrictions for individual employees or specific clients are not supported.
