- Check the version of your storage center by logging into your ShareFile account. Click Settings > Admin Settings > StorageZones.
- Click on the title of an available Customer-Managed Storage Zone Controller
- Under Storage Centers, you will see the version for each zone associated with this storage center as noted above in green
- Ensure that all available zones are updated with the latest version.
- Repeat the steps above for each Customer-Managed Storage Zone Controller
