ShareFile Junxure Cloud Integration

ShareFile now offers an integration with Junxure Cloud, the flexible and powerful CRM app.

Connect Junxure to ShareFile

Follow the steps below to connect your Junxure Cloud account to ShareFile.

Contact Support and request that iFrames be enabled for your account. Please include your account subdomain in your message.

Note:

Must have user permission “Access company account permissions” to request this change.
Once Support confirms iFrames have been enabled for your account, add trusted domains to ShareFile as listed on Junxure Cloud’s configuration instructions - Setting Security Permissions.
Follow the steps outlined in Junxure Cloud’s configuration instructions - Setup and Use.

Link a Record to a ShareFile Folder

Once you have linked your ShareFile and Junxure Cloud accounts, ShareFile will appear as a sub-tab on the Documents menu.

Use the Link Folder button to link an individual record to a specific ShareFile folder.

Note:

You may need to create folders in ShareFile prior to using the Link to Folder button.
