In-App Security Notifications in ShareFile

ShareFile Security Notifications are now available in-app in addition to email, providing a faster and more seamless way to stay informed about important security events.

What’s New?

  • In-App Notifications for Security Alerts: Users will now receive security alerts directly within the ShareFile application, ensuring immediate visibility without needing to check their email.

  • Admin Control Over Notification Preferences: Admins can configure how users receive security alerts via Email, In-App, or both based on their organization’s needs. Employees and clients will receive alerts according to the admin’s settings.
