Change the Email Address Associated with Your RightSignature-only Account
The following process highlights the steps to login to ShareFile to change email address for the Account Owner of a RightSignature-only account.
- Log into ShareFile at https://secure.sharefile.com using the same account name you use for RightSignature.
- Navigate to Admin Settings > Advanced Preferences > Email Settings > scroll down and set Secondary Email Addresses to Yes > Save.
- Navigate to the Personal Settings and scroll to the Edit Email Addresses section.
- Click on Add Alternate Email button. This will present you with a field to enter in your alternate email address as shown below. Click the Add button when complete.

- Make the new email address Primary.
- To do so, return to the Add/Edit Email Address section of My Settings and click Make Primary to the right of the email.
