Embed a Document in Your Website

This article explains how you can add a RightSignature document directly into your website for easy signing.

To embed an existing template into your website, begin by hovering over the template in your Templates page and select Details.

From the Template Details screen, select Embed in Website.

You can then name the the code, choose the display type, limit the number of uses, choose an expiration date, password protect, and select the identity verification method you wish to use. If your template included more than one signing role, you will be prompted to select which signer role you want used for the embedded document. Once you have done this click Generate Link.

This will generate the code for you to use in your website. Click Copy to Clipboard in order to copy the code to then paste it into your website’s editor. Email notifications about documents using these links are associated with the link creator. Changes in email addresses will require a new link to be generated.
